Old Faithful - Bodywand Aqua Massage Wand Vibrator

We bought this toy way back in January 2018 and it has proved itself time and time again bringing Anna to climax every time we use it, thus taking pride of place in our bedside table. It's features include:

  • 8 vibration patterns
  • Plus and minus vibration intensity control
  • Waterproof (submersible)
  • Wireless (AA battery powered)
  • Flexible soft silicone head 

Controls
One of the key things that we like about this wand is the simplicity of the controls, which consist of 3 buttons. a centre button for changing patterns, a top button for increasing the speed and a bottom button for decreasing the speed. The only criticism we have is that the buttons could be spaced slightly further apart, but this really is nit picking and definitely shouldn't put you off.


Noise & Power
You are sacrificing power for wireless freedom with this toy which it is true of all the wireless wands we have encountered. That said it definitely doesn't disappoint leading to some very intense orgasms even at low power. 

Noise wise the toy isn't going to wake the neighbours though your cries of pleasure might! Turned up on full power with the door shut I couldn't hear a thing while Anna played (other than her moans), that is no mean feat in our current house with its paper thin walls.


Batteries
The toy takes 3 AA batteries which is in many ways is a good thing. You can easily source replacements and resume play quickly if it dies mid session, instead of being forced to wait for it to recharge but it doesn't help its green credentials. We have found that they last quite a few sessions and I would say that you can get 90-120 minutes of play time depending on how hard you go and the batteries used. The use of AA batteries also makes it a good candidate for traveling and nights away, though I would recommend removing the batteries before putting it in your bag... woops!

Feel and play
The silicone head feels fantastic but it is not quite as nice to touch as the Lovehoney Dream Rabbit that we previously reviewed (We're nit picking again). If you like clitoral stimulation then wands are definitely for you. Anna likes to use it during penetration for extra stimulation, the flexible head helps here as she can achieve the desired amount of pressure without my body getting in the way. The 8 patterns also help to mix things up and allow your partner more flexibility when teasing.

Conclusion 
This is a truly excellent toy with many good features, it would make a good first wand for anyone. You won't have to worry about being tied to a plug socket, that does mean you won't get the same power you can achieve with a wired model but it does make it exceptionally quiet. It's current RRP is £69.99 on Lovehoney which seems about middle of the range a wand vibrator and seems reasonable. We would give it 4.5 out of 5 stars just because it would be nice to have a bit more power though this probably unrealistic for a battery powered wand.

Under Mattress Restraints

So I made a quick off the cuff Black Friday purchase the other day to replace or under mattress restraints. The old ones were a bit used, the cuffs were a bit scratchy and a bit of a pain for when things get heated and you want to release your partner. The Disappointing We-Vibe Jive
